For the past twelve years, Jessikah Humphrey has been honing her craft as a Dance educator, performer and instructor specializing in Middle Eastern dance. She has studied a wide variety of Dance forms from around the globe including Ballet, Modern, West African, Classical Chinese, Middle Eastern and North African. As a performer, Jessikah dances with graceful fluidity and expressive joy that continually enchants her audiences. She has performed many times at numerous venues including private celebrations, fairs, restaurants, and belly dance showcase events throughout the area. As an educator and instructor, Jessikah seeks to provide her students with the historical and cultural contexts in which the dances occur, while simultaneously giving them a solid foundation of the movement vocabulary. Perhaps most importantly, her classes offer students a space to tap into and reveal their inner radiance as expressed through Dance. Currently, Jessikah teaches beginner belly dance classes for adults and Creative Movement for children.
